HARP is here to help! The DRA has reimagined and improved its small home repairs initiative and created HARP – a Homeowner Assistance and Relief Program with the singular focus of getting displaced residents of Abaco and Grand Bahama back into their homes.

  • What Will Happen

    The new initiative “HARP”, ’The Homeowner Assistance and Relief Program’ will seek to help homeowners whose homes were damaged by Hurricane Dorian. HARP will replace the prior reconstruction & recovery program managed by the DRA.

  • Who Will Be Affected

    Those affected by Hurricane Dorian will be assisted by the new initiative by The Disaster Reconstruction Authority. It was started to help to get back on their feet and back to normalcy.
