Summary:
Perform advanced bookkeeping functions. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Financial Controller.Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and input accounting documents such as fees, receipts, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, expense accounts and related payables.
- Input requisitions purchase orders and disbursement information to appropriate ledgers or journals.
- Type and disburse checks (as required).
- Prepare reports and correspondence as directed by the Financial Controller.
- Assist with vendor statement reconciliation.
- Provide Customer Service to clients.
- Updating Financial Records.
- Supporting the Financial Controller & Executives with projects and task when required.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Accounting Stage II
- Five (5) BGCSE at grade C or above
- Computer Literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum two (2) years technical or administrative experience
