Summary:

Perform advanced bookkeeping functions. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Financial Controller.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and input accounting documents such as fees, receipts, invoices, requisitions, vouchers, expense accounts and related payables.
  • Input requisitions purchase orders and disbursement information to appropriate ledgers or journals.
  • Type and disburse checks (as required).
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as directed by the Financial Controller.
  • Assist with vendor statement reconciliation.
  • Provide Customer Service to clients.
  • Updating Financial Records.
  • Supporting the Financial Controller & Executives with projects and task when required.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by Management.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Accounting Stage II
  • Five (5) BGCSE at grade C or above
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum two (2) years technical or administrative experience
